⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience! The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Kendal. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can really tell that he cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude. Kendal is definitely an asset to the team, and because of him, I would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend! 💕

Emanuel or Enmanuel was an absolute DELIGHT. He helped my mom and myself get signed up with such good energy and was so helpful and kind. Loved the energy here and will definitely be back! It is a hassle to get a spot for the vacuum unfortunately but if you're patient, you can snag a spot. Very busy location!

Paid for a $30 diamond wash… tires still filthy and definitely no tire shine. Half the lights did not light up as I went through. They put me through again said someone else got my wash… not sure how when one car at a time goes through and pays. Second time same thing. They said well maybe the armor all is out sorrry (did. It offer a refund or a solution) I needed to request a refund via a QR code and it can take 7 business days if I even actually get it. Paying for things you are not getting is a scam for a $30 car wash! Will update if I actually get the refund… disappointed to say the least. Photo after the SECOND WASH!

I paid for a $20 “Platinum” wash and did not receive the service advertised. As I arrived, I was approached in an aggressive and unprofessional manner by an individual attempting to upsell services. He rushed in front of my vehicle while I was already completing payment, which was both unnecessary and inappropriate. It was not clear whether he was even an employee. After the wash, it was immediately evident that key components of the Platinum package were not performed: - No visible wax applied—the vehicle surface felt unprotected - Wheels were not properly cleaned and had no tire shine - No indication that the undercarriage wash ran (no audible spray or evidence afterward) Additionally, the attendant did not appear to scan or verify my receipt before sending me through the wash. Based on the results, I believe I received a basic wash while being charged for a higher-tier service. This reflects a lack of quality control and accountability. Customers should receive the service they pay for.
